I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of experience helping clients overcome the effects of trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress; the challenges brought on by grief, various stage-of-life transitions, compassion fatigue/burnout, relationship stressors, as well as those who may be launching into the adult world for the first time.
