I have worked with children and young adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues and trauma. Our office specializes in individuals with eating disorders, however, we offer outpatient counseling for a variety of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADD management, trauma-focused therapy, etc. I completed my internship of over 1000 hours in a medical rehabilitation hospital, so I am well versed in medical trauma as well as helping clients find a new normal after a life-altering event.
My primary goal is to provide you or your child with a safe space to process, heal, and problem solve. My approach to each client's unique needs are different, but the theories I utilized most often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creative therapies, and solution focused therapy.
