I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, but particularly love working with children, adolescents, and their families. It is important to me to build a safe therapeutic relationship with my clients, allowing them the space to make lasting change and growth.
I utilize a variety of therapy modalities based upon individual needs and what is developmentally appropriate for a client, such as play therapy, activity therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
When working with children and adolescents, I also focus on developing a close relationship with the caregivers and the school if needed, while keeping the child’s confidentiality.
