Life can be challenging, and everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed and need some support. In my work, I provide a caring, nonjudgmental environment for adolescents, adults, couples, and families to speak openly about their lives and to explore their true selves. Therapy is meant to be collaborative, so picture me as a trusted guide walking beside you as you face what comes next. I specialize in working with young people, polyamorous/nonmonogamous people, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. NOTE: I am NOT currently taking new adolescent, couple, or family clients!
As a queer and genderfluid human, I recognize that people hold multiple complex identities. Understanding these intersecting parts starts with respect. As someone trained to work with survivors of difficult experiences, I can offer trauma-informed care. As an avid gamer and Lego builder, I enjoy finding creative and occasionally humorous ways forward.
Prior to joining Brown and Schwartz Psychology, I completed my BA at Lehigh University and my PsyD at Adler University. My approach is primarily rooted in Adlerian psychology, feminist psychology, and ACT. If you feel I’d be a good fit to work with you, contact me by phone or email.
