We as individuals have busy lives and sometimes our mental health gets forgotten or pushed to the back of the priority list. My approach and experience is to help clients feel empowered and become aware of the areas they have control in and choice in their lives. I am accepting clients of all ages, sexual orientation, identity, religion, etc. I provide individual therapy, group therapy, family and couples counseling.
My therapy approaches include Integrative, Existential, and CBT. However, the most important intention is to build therapeutic rapport with clients. I am here to provide an ear, discuss paths forward, and empower clients to overcome life’s challenges.
