I enjoy helping others work on understanding and learning how to manage anxiety. I have insight within the Latinx community and enjoy working on stopping generational trauma. Trauma is a difficult journey to work through, however, it is not impossible. We will begin this journey by allowing yourself to be open and curious throughout this process. Let's set realistic goals and take one step at a time.

I focus on building trust and mutual respect. I am welcoming, empathic, positive, and so eager to help you throughout this journey. I specialize in anxiety, depression, daily stressors in life transitions, and healing from trauma. I use standard talk therapy and have specialized training in EMDR and certified in Eagala for equine assisted therapy.
