My approach is rooted in the belief that no matter what a person has going on, there is always an internal compass guiding them towards integration. In our sessions, we will incorporate Jungian/depth psychology, IFS/parts work, relational psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, & mindfulness (MBCT). We can also incorporate creativity therapy, dreamwork, and body-focused techniques.
I specialize in working with C-PTSD, anxiety, creatives, adult children of emotionally immature or controlling parents, neurodivergence, multiculturals/Adult TCKs, dissociation/depersonalization, climate anxiety, grief & loss, and OCD tendencies.
