Hi, there! My name is Karen Brochue, (pronounced bro-SHOE), and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 23 years of experience, and I look forward to working with you as the unique individual that you are. My passion is to serve a diverse community, and I am committed to treating you with compassion and respect. I promise to be open and honest with you, and I commit to working just as hard as you do.
I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including: Neurodiversity, LGBTQIA challenges, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, individuals facing medical challenges, anger management, eating and exercise disorders, and parenting issues. My clients have had excellent, sometimes lifesaving results.
I work with Adults and Teens. My approach combines Family Systems Theory, Solution-Focused Counseling, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
