I would like to help you reclaim your joy. I understand that life isn't always easy, and I assist people of all ages who are feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed or lonely to find their way back to their best life. I provide a warm and friendly environment and feel that there can even be room in therapy for gentle humor. I value each person's story and am dedicated to providing an open-minded, safe and compassionate therapeutic relationship with my clients to enable you to share your thoughts and feelings, and to create a comfortable, open and safe environment where you can move forward towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
I am a Clinical Social Worker with almost 30 years of professional experience in a wide variety of settings, helping clients cope with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as the challenges of life changes. Let's find ways to improve your enthusiasm and motivation, self-esteem, and confidence and help find the path up and out of depression,
If you want to work with a kind and gentle person who will still push you to work towards your goals and to assist you to achieve your best life, I would be happy to help. I am spiritual, but don't adhere to any strict religious tradition, and always will have respect for your beliefs and philosophy. I only provide remote therapy at this time.
