Starting therapy can feel scary and intimidating. You are looking for someone to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with that will not judge you. I am here to help make that process easier. You deserve to have a space that is safe and supportive with a therapist that you know will fully accept you. I want to work with you to create a space infused with empathy, unconditional acceptance, and genuineness. You are welcome to show up just as you are and that is more than enough.
My approach to therapy is relational based and I pull from psychodynamic and person-centered theory. I help guide my clients to self-reflect on past experiences that they may still carry with them and provide insight on how to increase self-awareness to help oneself heal.
I enjoy working with the LGBTQ2IA+ community and individuals of any age. I have specialized training in helping gender expansive individuals navigate gender affirming surgery and exploring both gender identity and expression. I am in the process of completing an extensive Child Centered Play Therapy certificate program and enjoy working with young children.
