Immediate openings! My goal as a therapist is to empower individuals to create the changes they want to see in their lives. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for you to be your authentic self. I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, career satisfaction, and life stressors. When working with children, I utilize creative, play-based interventions to make the counseling process fun and engaging. By creating a collaborative and trustworthy relationship, I desire to help my clients feel seen and understood.
In addition to being a therapist, I have 16+ years of experience as an educator and school counselor. I collaborate with schools and families to develop a supportive, team approach. I have specialized training in play therapy. I also have a special interest in working with anxious adults and educators who are facing the current challenges in education.
