As a Board Certified Health & Wellness coach, I help clients focus on any aspect of their life in which they desire to make changes. Clients come to me to make changes regarding medical issues like weight loss, exercise planning, and heart disease. Others come to deal with life transitions such as retirement, divorce, and job changes. The integrative approach addresses all aspects of our lives. My combination of skills & tools to help you use your strengths to reach your goals is unique in our area & gives you the edge as a client.
I became a health coach after losing over 100 pounds & beginning to exercise after the age of 50. These changes were important to me as proactive tools after being diagnosed with a chronic disease. I also faced major life changes at the same time and understand what tumult can do to one's confidence. Change is possible with a judgment free coach as partner.
