I am a certified trauma therapist who practices acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I help my clients learn to emotionally regulate themselves with practical exercises that can be implemented in the real world. Together, we work through tolerating the distress of real life stressors while working towards our values and the life we choose to live.
