I work with struggling individuals, families, and couples. Being a therapist is not for the faint of heart, yet I find that helping others improve their lives is my calling. My approach to psychotherapy is that no matter where you’re starting from, change is possible! Change can cause uncertainty, anxiety, and confusion for many. I help my clients find the courage to start on their road to positive transformation.
I help individuals overcome stressors and identify healthy ways to cope. I specialize in working with adolescences and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My passion is working with LGBTQ+ clients to assist them in navigating their unique challenges.
