I primarily work with children experiencing behavioral struggles, difficulties in the parent-child relationship, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or life stressors. In addition, I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and/or parenting stressors.
I use a compassionate, warm approach during play therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. This is strengthened by the use of developmental and attachment perspectives. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to develop a therapeutic relationship that will facilitate exploration, growth, and healing.
