I enjoy working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, work problems, ADHD, life transitions, boundaries, self esteem, and more.
My experience in inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings have shaped my use of diverse styles of therapy. I most often use Accelerated Resolution Therapy, solution focused, psychoeducation, parts work, trauma informed, and mindfulness- individualized for each person. You are in control of your journey to healing.
My role as a therapist is to support you through that journey. I sometimes express my support with strong language. I invite my clients to express themselves in any vocabulary they are most comfortable with. I look forward to working with you!
