My passion is helping those impacted by interpersonal trauma to begin healing towards recovery & wholeness. Those affected by traumatic events know the sense of grief, loss, shame, embarrassment, & judgment these issues often bring. I believe that unresolved traumas from negative life experiences are the primary source of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship & self-esteem challenges, interpersonal conflict, & identity issues. My approach is one of compassion, strength, integrity, & authenticity. I offer a calm nonjudgmental environment for clients to develop courage & discover their resilience to heal & thrive.
