I have a passion in working with and reducing the effects of trauma, with a specialized focus on first responder/military trauma. Reducing the effects of acute or chronic post-traumatic stress, childhood/adult trauma, process addictions, substance abuse issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or anger are end goals towards feeling like ourselves again.
As retired law enforcement with a military upbringing, I understand the toll this service can have on all parts of our lives. I have had additional trauma training for first responders/military personnel and have great results using ART, BrainSpotting and EMDR trauma modalities for anyone wanting to feel better.
I am also employed as a trauma therapist with The Meadows. I am trauma informed and trained. I can take Craig Tiger Act and able to provide Wellness checks. Doing our own therapeutic work can help us be better on the job and at home. I would be honored to support you through your healing journey.
