I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 7 years and 4 years as a mental health counselor. I work with both males and females and a wide range beginning at 18 years old. My ideal client is an individual who is experiencing challenges with adjustments in life, significant relationships, anxiety (generalized and specific), and depression. I believe that motivation and positivity are the catalyst to life improvements.
As all therapists, I provide a fantastic listening ear. I provide a safe environment where an individual can feel free to express themselves, thoughts, and emotions that they would not typically be willing to discuss. I put a strong emphasis of the client therapist interaction, as well as what is happening within the room or within session.
