I mainly utilize Person Centered & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients achieve their goals. I believe it is important to provide clients with techniques that they can use both in and outside of our sessions together. I also feel that it is important to provide an environment in which clients feel comfortable sharing and expressing their emotions.
