Currently accepting new clients and offering sessions in the evenings Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday.
Using a trauma- informed, person-centered, spiritual, and culturally-sensitive approach, I am skilled in addressing issues related to mood & anxiety concerns; emotional regulation; self-esteem, strengthening relationships, and developing strategies to cope.
