I work with couples and adults who want to build whole and healthy relationships with themselves and others. I can help you develop sustainable skills and strategies to connect with yourself and your loved ones so you can improve your relationships and navigate challenges like anxiety as well as life transitions. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in a corporate environment as a people and project manager. I love bringing all my skills and experience to my work with clients.
I am passionate about providing strengths-based, sex positive, and queer affirming care. I have training in working with older adults, grief and loss, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I use a variety of approaches in my work, including attachment theory, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness.
Starting therapy can be intimidating. Part of my job as a therapist is to create a safe and welcoming space for our work together.
