I can also assist parents in navigating the complex school system to ensure their children are receiving appropriate school support services. I use scientifically proven practices to alleviate mental health difficulties with the overarching goal of promoting the positive development of my clients.
My approach is time-limited, goal-oriented, and individually-tailored. I focus on teaching youth and their parents concrete skills with the goal of helping my young clients become their own therapists, as their parents become their coaches.
