Hi, my name is Kiersten Kelley (she/her), the Owner, and Lesbian Therapist at Liberation Counseling, LLC, the place where social justice and counseling meet. I work with adolescents and adults with challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, identity, self-esteem, and trauma.

I provide a holistic trauma-informed perspective using social justice, dialectical behavioral, and somatic therapeutic approaches. These approaches allow individuals to explore how they relate to their trauma, identities, and emotions while learning coping skills in a safe space. With somatic therapy, we'll look at how your emotions are connected to your body.
