I specialize in working with women who are insightful, curious, and open to personal growth - from teens struggling with the challenges of school, family, and relationships; to young women coping with career challenges and major life transitions; to women facing later-in-life issues around identity and aging.
My own experiences with depression, anxiety, and trauma led to my desire to help others and pursue an education in Psychology. My specialized training in grief & loss and 25+ years as a fitness specialist make me uniquely qualified to help clients overcome obstacles to achieve true mind-body health & well-being.
