Together we will use both heart and mind in an effort to help stimulate self-discovery, uncover faulty messages from the past, develop new positive coping, increase self-awareness, and uncover strengths. Through these efforts it will be my joy to finally see you safely to a place of balance and authenticity.
I’m comfortable and confident working with a variety of issues- anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, perinatal/postpartum mental health and the transition to parenthood, sexual abuse issues, eating disorders, addictions, trauma recovery, couples and individuals going through divorce, unexpected life transitions, etc.
Emotional wellness is something we each strive for. I look forward to taking this wellness journey with each of my clients, knowing that the first steps can sometimes feel challenging. It’s my privilege to accompany you as you choose to move forward in your life.
