I believe that no matter what age you are, most emotional struggles stem from a feeling of disconnection - from self, family and friends, or the world in general. It's important for you to recognize the strengths and coping skills you are already using, as well as what experiences have led you to this point. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques depending on what best meets your needs.
