I assist young adults (18-25) in career exploration, self-esteem and self-confidence, identity and personal establishment, and development of intimate relationships. I assist adults (26+) in life changes, stress management, boundaries, and family and partnership issues. I provide support for individuals and couples on sex and intimacy issues around self-pleasure, kink (BDSM & fetishes), and polyamory/consensual nonmonogamy for those who want to enhance and explore this lifestyle.
My goals for therapy are to formulate and understand the impact of past experiences, educate on self-preservation as it pertains to issues and concerns, encourage positive changes in behavior, establish development for skills to use in their daily life, and provide accountability for achieving goals and consistency with their growth.
