Hello! I count it an honor to walk with clients through challenging life situations. I work with parents and families, adolescents age 16+ and adults who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, and life transitions.
I enjoy using research proven therapies paired with understanding individual strengths and needs to tailor my practice to each client. I uses a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice. I am training to become a Connected Families Certified Parent Coach. I also offer Christian counseling.
