My training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals (EFT), AEDP, CBT, CRAFT, and Circle of Security Parenting.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, with the goal of understanding your individual needs. My focus is on you, building a safe and trusting relationship.
