I am also experienced in helping those who are affected by chronic illnesses overcome barriers to support their quality of life.
I utilize interventions such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I firmly believe in a therapeutic relationship that is client-centered and I am here to walk alongside you to help determine a path of exploration that honors your own values and goals.
