I'm a psychodynamic therapist blending holistic healing with neuroscience, offering a holistic approach to mental well-being. With experience in the queer and straight communities, I foster inclusive healing spaces for all. My expertise in personality and mood disorders, particularly narcissistic abuse, guides clients towards understanding and overcoming complex relational dynamics. I also have a passion for assisting clients with career challenges ,as well as life and relationship transitions.
In addition to life transitions and mental health wellness, I also have extensive experience in counseling health care professionals, especially dealing with care giver burnout. Also the day to day struggles that health care professionals /students encounter .
