Like many of my clients, I know what it's like to be an anxious people-pleaser who is disconnected from myself. My own healing inspires me to help others dealing with anxiety and emotional trauma. I am also trained in somatic (body-centered) approaches that help people foster a sense of peace and clarity, and build a stronger connection to themselves.

I adore being a therapist and am honored to be a part of people's healing. My clients say I am warm, compassionate, authentic, and unafraid of a good laugh.
