I work compassionately with individuals across the life span to identify and solve problems. Working together, I help clients identify sources of unhappiness and develop new ways to cope with difficult situations. I take a person centered, individualized approach to help clients increase happiness. Helping individuals and families strengthen their relationships is an important factor in lowering depression and anxiety and creating emotional wellness.
My clients include adults and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction and those who are overwhelmed and unhappy in their relationships. I’m experienced in counseling persons who are adjusting to a medical diagnosis. I believe that an individualized approach is best and I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations and techniques.
I am focused on solutions and my goal is to help you find solutions in order to feel your best! If you are sad, anxious, or overwhelmed, and need help, please contact me today to talk about getting started. Telehealth sessions available.
