I am a seasoned clinician, born and raised in NYC. My approach is eclectic. I tailor my therapy to address my clients individual needs. I have experience with Depression/GAD, PTSD, Trauma, Mood D/O's, Grief, PD's, and more. Interventions include (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, EFT, Solution focused, Interdynamic Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and Mindfulness.
I am comfortable working with all populations including individuals and couples. I practice a strength based approach focused towards the empowerment of my clients. I will challenge you to evolve. You will drive this therapy as I will be in the passenger's seat reading the map.
