I provide counseling services to families, adults, and adolescents (ages 12-19) with general mental health concerns and substance use disorders. I specialize working with with BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color), various religious, and LGBTQIA+ communities. The environment I create is rooted in social justice, liberation, inclusivity, and openness.
I believe the counseling office is a sacred space where people can share their innermost thoughts. Multicultural competency and cultural sensitivity is at the forefront of all I do. Every person holds a unique identity and they have the right to be respected and honored for who they are. I tailor treatment plans to suit the unique needs of each client.
