My name is Melissa Grossman and I am a licensed mental health counselor supporting individuals in Washington State since 2014. My therapeutic approach in supporting clients who are faced with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and more, is based on trust, client-centricity, and mindfulness.
I use tools rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
