I have provided therapeutic services to adolescents, couples, and families, utilizing an integrative approach as each client is unique. My experience and training include: addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-injury, family dynamics, communication skills, parenting, boundary setting, and stress management.
Change is not easy, but I believe it is my calling to journey along with my clients, helping them to better understand situations they are facing and, together, reach success. This healing may come quickly for some, and for others healing may take more time. Freedom is possible.
