My ideal client struggles with self-esteem, anxiety, and/or neurodivergence. They need reassurance, reframing of insecurities, support, and perhaps encouragement to advocate for themselves. Through therapy, they plan to achieve greater self-confidence, independence, and satisfaction with life. They may want a second opinion on their questions and troubles, perhaps due to societal invalidation, sexism, homophobia, and racism.
I specialize in strength-based, humanistic, psychodynamic, and feminist therapy. I offer clients reflections on their strengths, questioning to encourage them to take new perspectives, advocacy, and a person-centered approach that supports clients working on goals they think are most important.
