Together, we will determine your goals and explore the possible strategies that will help you feel successful on your journey.
I specialize working with teens, adults and couples on issues ranging from managing stress and anxiety, grief, marital discord, parenting issues and low self esteem. I teach clients to learn self awareness strategies like mindfulness techniques and communication tools to support relationships and changing our thoughts, feelings to improve behaviors.
Things feel harder than ever these days and many of us have had to really dig deep to find happiness lately. Therapy is a relationship that is built on trust, let me help guide you through these challenging times.
