Do you ever feel misunderstood, alone, or overwhelmed by your daily responsibilities? I specialize in mood disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder), relationship issues, and personality disorders. I focus on using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I provide individual therapy for clients 17 years and older.
We are often more considerate of other's feelings and then can be quite critical of ourselves.
