I have 25+ years experience working with individual adults, and couples, on a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, self esteem and other challenges to well being. My desire as a therapist is to provide a place of safety in which these issues can be addressed. I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Brienna is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 5 years of experience. She is committed to helping children, adolescents, adults, and couples develop strategies for daily living that address their unique challenges. She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and child behavioral issues. Brienna completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology at the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology.

Laura McClure is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri who has been practicing since 2017. She has a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University in 2017, clinical tract with specializations in Children, Youth, and Family, Trauma-Informed Care, and Individual and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child Family Development from Missouri State University in 2007. Laura believes that the client is the expert and works with the client to help define problem areas and develop attainable goals to work towards within the therapeutic environment.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is unique. I strive to build a genuine, person-centered relationship with you. Using a solution-focused and motivational approach, my goal is to provide you with tools and skills that will help you understand yourself better. Through the therapy process, I will assist you in the process of boosting your self-esteem, confidence, and empower you to take on life's challenges.

I am glad to provide care to clients with a variety of presenting issues. I particularly value providing affirmative care to members of diverse communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community and people of color. Nick Platipodis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri who has been practicing since 2021. He has an MA in counseling from Maryville University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from California Southern University. Nick believes in a person-centered approach to therapy believing that each individual comes with the capacity to grow and change in their own unique way. He collaborates with individuals, couples, and families to create a non-judgmental space where they can explore and gain a better understanding of their own capabilities and utilize those capabilities to create a happy and fulfilling life.
