I work with adults of all ages as well as adolescents with a variety of backgrounds and experiences to achieve deep and lasting change and personal growth. Building a trusting relationship is key to my therapeutic work. This allows each client to safely explore their inner world and gain insight into themselves and the world they are connecting with.
General goals include healing emotional wounding, returning to wholeness and wisdom, reducing stress and negative emotional symptoms, identifying negative thoughts and beliefs to create healthy attitudes and behaviors.
I combine a practical approach of addressing thought processes, beliefs, and behaviors with a mindful practice of tending to the soul's deeper needs. My work is grounded in day to day life and focusses on connectedness in work, play, and relationships.
Utilizing traditional psychotherapy and contemporary thought, I like to combine elements of spiritual exploration and ceremony with practical and concrete application in daily life.
