Individuals who struggle with reoccurring stress, moderate to severe anxiety, various forms of trauma and abuse, and relationship issues often feel disempowered, angry, depressed, and lost. No one should face these difficulties alone! I support individuals with; increasing self-awareness, increasing personal accountability and capability, reinforcing experiences of self-worth and empowerment, strengthening positive relationships, increasing awareness and skillsets in adaptive boundary-setting, identifying and reinforcing important areas of wellness, and increasing the use of adaptive skills to manage emotionally difficult moments.
My goal is to support you in taking full accountability for your life, relationships, and well-being. I strive to reinforce experiences of empowerment and strength - to help you confront difficulties you experience. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, while also being direct and guided by goals we collaboratively establish throughout therapy.
The process of beginning therapy takes courage, vulnerability, resiliency, and strength. I place your emotional security at the forefront of that process. If you would like to end relational and emotional suffering, identify and obtain therapeutic goals, and/or obtain added support through a difficult time in your life; please do not hesitate to contact me.
