I work with individuals, couples, and families to help create a meaningful life and fulfilling relationships as they move from cycles of pain to cycles of peace. I welcome all ways that bring change and connection, including family systems theory, restoration therapy, solution-focused therapy, and techniques of self-compassion, mediation, spiritual integration, and somatic regulation. I have experience with parenting, marriage, anxiety, depression, women's issues, ADHD, and addiction.
