Finding a new therapist is often an overwhelming process. Wherever you find yourself on your therapeutic journey, I am honored to partner with you as you pursue your goals of mental health and wellness. During therapy sessions, I utilize a variety of evidenced-based techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate trauma-informed interventions, motivational interviewing techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.
I will see clients with a variety of diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD and ASD), and trauma related disorders (PTSD). Additionally, I have unique experience working in the field with first responders including police, fire, and EMS personnel.
