I work with adult children, partners and siblings of individuals with Narcissistic and Borderline Personality Disorder traits. It can be difficult to find a therapist who truly understands the impact and wounds of being raised in a home or being in a relationship with someone who has narcissistic traits or borderline traits. My work includes creating a healthy psychological separation, changing the negative internal messages, learning how to respond to others, creating healthy boundaries, stopping the legacy of distorted love and becoming your true and authentic self.
Now accepting new clients. I have over 20 years of clinical experience treating adolescents and adults. I offer support and hope for women as they travel through life's many transitions including: adjusting to college life, pregnancy, motherhood, relationship changes, anxiety, panic attacks and healing from past trauma and abuse.
Through the development of a safe and nurturing relationship, we can end self-destructive patterns, strengthen relationships and build confidence. My hope is to empower you through a supportive and validating relationship to have the courage to create change, heal, establish healthy relationships and become your true authentic self.
