I collaborate with Individuals and Couples on things like communication, using the language of taking responsibility, setting boundaries, talking through conflict without escalating, slowing down communication with partner, learning to use mindfulness and coping skills when triggered. Individuals work on things like depression, anxiety, relationships, disordered eating, social anxiety, trauma responses, co-dependent behaviors, not standing up for self, processing grief, finding your identity again, processing abuse, learning new coping skills.
I specialize in helping couples to communicate better, and reduce conflict so repairs can be made. I specialize in helping to desensitize trauma symptoms with individuals using EMDR, and using mindfulness practices to calm self. I help people walk the path of recovering from abuse and I specialize in working with folks who have eating disorders.
Sessions are confidential and safe space to process, practice, and explore. I work in a client-centered way so you decide what to work on.
