I work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties at home, school, or work. I have experience working with children who have ADHD, Autism, and various mood disorders (e.g. anxiety, depression, etc.). As a Clinical Psychologist, I have helped children, teens, and adults work through challenges, and have enjoyed taking part in my clients’ stories as they have overcome obstacles and become better equipped with tools that could help them better enjoy life. I also have extensive experience conducting comprehensive (neuro)psychological and psychoeducational assessments on children and adolescents.
In therapy, I use a variety of approaches based on each client’s needs, but always function from a strengths-based perspective. The techniques I use include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also offer parent support sessions to families of young children.
I provide a safe, nurturing, and judgement-free environment for all my clients and consistently aim to establish a collaborative, empathic, and compassionate therapeutic relationship with them.
