Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior, I provide treatment services to adults and youth that have been affected by a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, communications, and more.
